Company Information.

From small beginnings…  The company was started in October 1985 in specialized service areas.  In 1991 we focused in on the exclusive servicing of printers. With this re-focus of the company’s direction, we didn’t realize we would grow this big, this quickly.  Our clients were so pleased with our work, they became repeat customers and began referring their colleagues and friends to us.  They also started inquiring about purchasing printers, scanners, faxes and many more technology driven office products.  After listening to our customers, we started carrying a small inventory of printers and consumables in 1993.  We quickly realized that our customers expected more from us as a Service Center – that is, to sell them reliable cost-effective equipment.  For this reason we concentrated on the Hewlett Packard line up.  Hewlett Packard had overall good performance and their supplies were reasonable. Cost of repairs and after warranty maintenance was superior, making the total cost of ownership very worthwhile.  We didn’t want a one-time customer, but a customer for life; after warranty servicing was just as critical as during the warranty period.  Our customers were happy with our choice!

Today, as a HP Authorized Sales and Service Depot, we are proud to say our ever increasing staff continually undergo training to become more knowledgeable in helping you make the right decision. And, to be there for you if you run into problems.  We brag about our Showroom and are proud of our lineup of HP products and factory trained technicians.  We carry all the latest HP commercial hardcopy products – printers, scanners, multi-function units. Regardless of the printer you are using, we are still considered The Place where service is top priority.  We stock consumable supplies and parts for all Inkjets, lasers and large format HP printers.  As a HP Service Depot we offer warranty repairs (depot and on site), maintenance agreements, and extended warranties. 

Believe it or not, we still do FREE estimates in our shop!
